they are all four SO precious. even if i am their aunt, i still think they are.

josh is really growing up. he looked very handsome. or, maybe it was the vest. i do love a vest. (please save it for k! i wish that the ones k wore this past winter would fit sam, but i'm afraid they may not. gymboree 2T - they are made big, what do you think? i also have some old navy 2T. sam's a long one... hard to fit him.)

are sam's cheeks red because of the sun or because of excema still? i've been reading somewhat about a food elimination diet (for myself, migraines) and if it is, maybe you should do it with him. it won't be easy because you pretty much eliminate all the "easy" foods. like, anything canned or boxed - pretty much have to start fresh with EVERYTHING. even sulfites are hidden in canned food. and aluminum. aluminum is also in tea and salt (used as an anti-caking substance, but less than the percent necessary to be listed on the ingredients).

anyway, all this resulted in me wanting to tell you to look up "leaky gut syndrome" - which is caused with food SENSITIVITIES (not allergies).

i think i'm going crunchy! cloth diapers, fresh food (i've not purchased anything "contained" except milk and, well minimal frozen food, in 2 weeks), and i've tried to only shower every other day - to compensate for all those diapers i'm washing! hahahahahaha!

also, here is a link to a non-alternative medicine take on leaky gut.
